Self-esteem

Self-esteem is a core aspect of our psychological well-being and influences our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Low self-esteem often comes with high level of self-criticism and self-doubt. As a result, this can impact various aspects of our lives and prevent people from pursuing their goals out of fear of not being good enough.


Therapy can help identify and challenge our inner critic by looking at ourselves and others from a new lens and re-establish our inner dialogue and mindset over time.
