Relationships

Humans are wired for meaningful social connections. These connections can enrich our lives, but at times, they can be complicated, messy and potentially hurtful.

Relationship challenges may arise with our family, friendships, spouse, roommates, lovers, co-workers,  and strangers, all which can affect people in unique ways.

Therapy can help us explore our relationships patterns, understand their root cause, regain a sense of safety and trust, and experience new ways of relating to ourselves and others.
