Hi I’m Nas, a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work with people to explore their own unique reasons for seeking therapy.
Therapy delves deeper than the surface of a person’s distress, addressing both conscious and unconscious factors that can empower individuals to gain mastery over their own lives, aligned with their true self.
My aim is to help people find relief from distressing emotional issues, and work toward a deeper, more compassionate understanding of the self and relationships, on a mental, emotional, and somatic level. Through mindful exploration and compassionate curiosity, we’ll uncover your unique path forward.
