Therapy looks beneath the surface of a person’s distress and addresses conscious and unconscious issues which can enable them towards the capacity to gain mastery of their own functioning from the lens of their truth.
I believe that every person deserves to be valued for who they are and where they are in life. I use a non-judgmental and compassionate approach to support my clients in creating a kinder, more empowering self-experience, and uncover tools and pathways for a fulfilling and resilient life.
